Kim Moon-soo Presidential Campaign Holds Ceremony Announcing Support from International Anti-Communist Group and Cooperation Proposal with Trump Administration
SEOUL, May 31, 2025 – The International Anti-Communist Federation Promotion Headquarters declared its support today for South Korean presidential candidate Kim Moon-soo, outlining a joint cooperation proposal with former U.S. President Donald Trump to reinforce global liberal democracy and counter China’s hybrid warfare.
In a ceremony held at Kim Moon-soo’s campaign headquarters in Daeha Building, Seoul, representatives from the East Asia Peace Research Institute and Korea-US Alliance Strengthening Foundation presented reasons for endorsing Kim’s candidacy, emphasizing his unique credentials to maintain strong U.S.-ROK relations and uphold liberal democratic values.
The announcement cited growing concerns about sophisticated espionage and united-front strategies by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), stressing the need for international collaboration to counter these threats.
The representatives outlined three key cooperation initiatives proposed to Trump’s administration:
- U.S.-ROK cooperation against global election fraud to ensure transparency and fairness in democratic processes worldwide.
- Joint U.S.-Korea stance against the CCP, highlighting the necessity to eradicate communist influence impeding global progress.
- Global alliance against anti-national forces, aiming to remove communist and leftist elements threatening national security.
Kim Moon-soo’s candidacy was praised for its commitment to law and order, contrasting sharply with his opponent Lee Jae-myung, who faces ongoing legal scrutiny over allegations of corruption and abuse of power.
Representatives at the ceremony included Dr. Kim Sang-soon, President of the East Asia Peace Institute, and Dr. Kim Hoi-chang, Chairman of the Korea-US Alliance Strengthening Foundation.
